Our story
The S.o.l.e MED project unites 7 partners from 6 Mediterranean countries to drive innovation in the sustainable bioeconomy. The collaboration begins with a joint study to understand the current landscape of Open Innovation Labs and bioeconomy start-ups across the region. Together, the partners will create a shared methodology and action plan to grow the S.o.l.e network across the MED area.
By exchanging best practices and aligning strategies, the project will build a unified and effective network of Open Labs. A key outcome will be the development of a Euro-MED “Bio Economy Startup Creation Lab”, shaped by the diverse expertise of each country. This lab will offer tailored training and tools designed to meet the needs of young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30. Thanks to transnational cooperation, the program will ensure high-quality, regionally relevant support for the next generation of innovators.
